- Bring salted water to a boil in a pot.
- Slowly pour in the corn flour, stirring with a whisk to avoid lumps.
- Simmer for about 40 minutes, stirring occasionally, until thickened.
2. Baked Polenta with Cheese

- Classic polenta (prepared as above)
- 150g mozzarella
- 100 g grated parmesan cheese
- 200 g of gorgonzola
Preparation
- Prepare the polenta and pour it into a pan.
- Add the chopped cheeses on top of the polenta.
- Bake at 200°C for 20 minutes, until the cheeses melt and turn golden.
3. Fried Polenta
Ingredients
- Classic polenta
- Oil for frying
Preparation
- Prepare the polenta and let it cool in a mold.
- Once cooled, cut into slices and fry in hot oil until golden.
- Serve with tomato sauce or aioli.

- Classic polenta
- 300 g of mixed mushrooms
- 1 clove of garlic

Preparation

- Classic polenta
- 500 g mixed fish (prawns, squid, etc.)
- Peeled tomato
- Garlic and parsley to taste
Preparation
- Prepare a cacciucco with fish, tomato, garlic and parsley.
