Make the cookie dough:
In a large mixing bowl, mix together the crumbled cookies and chopped peanuts. They will form the base of these delicious cookies.
Make the cocoa dough:
In a separate saucepan, combine sugar, cocoa powder, milk, and butter. Heat this mixture over medium heat, stirring constantly. Keep beating until everything becomes smooth and the sugar dissolves completely. This creates the rich, chocolatey cookie binder.
Combine ingredients:
Pour the hot cocoa slurry over the crumbled cookies and peanuts in the bowl. Using a spoon or spatula, mix everything well until the cookie mix is evenly combined and there are no dry pockets.
