Mushroom and Ham Puff Pastry There are some recipes that everyone loves from the first bite. This mushroom and ham puff pastry is one of them. A golden, crispy pastry encasing a melting heart of pan-fried mushrooms, smoked ham, and runny cheese… Just thinking about it makes your mouth water.
This is the kind of simple, generous, and convivial dish that we love to prepare in any season. Ideal for a quick dinner, a weekend brunch, or even as a starter for a more festive meal. And the best part? It’s just as good hot as it is warm, served with a green salad or a vegetable soup.
