Add the minced meat (I usually use pork) to the fried onion, season with salt and ground black pepper and fry until soft.

Grease the bottom of a baking dish (I use a deep, round one), spread half of the rice mixture on it, spread the minced meat evenly on it, and cover the top with the remaining rice mixture.

Cover the pan with a lid or foil and place in the oven for 30 minutes at 190 degrees.

Then remove the lid, dip the top of the rice in the raw egg and return it to the oven for another 10 minutes, uncovered.

The dish is ready, cut it into portions and serve.
