Procedure
Preparation of the bananas: Mash the bananas in a large bowl until pureed.
Mix the wet ingredients: Add the yogurt, eggs, oil, and vanilla extract to the banana puree and mix well.
Dry ingredients: In another bowl, combine the oatmeal, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
Combine the ingredients: Pour the dry ingredients into the bowl with the wet ingredients and mix until smooth. Add the chocolate chips and stir gently.
Baking: Pour the mixture into a baking tray lined with baking paper and level it well. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for about 30-35 minutes, or until the cake is golden brown and a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
Cooling: Allow the cake to cool in the pan for a few minutes, then transfer it to a wire cooling rack to cool completely
