Lemon-carrot drink for weight loss

🍹 Directions:

  1. Blend the base  : Place chopped carrots and water in a blender. Blend until smooth.

  2. Strain (optional)  : If you prefer a smoother drink, strain the mixture through a fine sieve or cheesecloth.

  3. Mix in the rest  : Add lemon juice, ginger (grated or pureed), turmeric, and cayenne pepper (if using). Stir or puree again.
