Introduction
Lasagna Soup is the perfect comfort food that transforms the classic Italian lasagna into a rich, hearty, and flavorful soup. It has everything you love about traditional lasagna — savory meat, tender pasta, rich tomato broth, and creamy cheese — but in a warm, spoonable form.
This soup is perfect for cold days, family dinners, or anytime you want something cozy but easier than making layered lasagna. The first time you make it, you’ll be surprised by how incredibly delicious and satisfying it is — and it definitely won’t be the last!
