An espresso, like a latte or frappuccino, can contain between 260 and 430 calories. If you want to stay on track, brew your coffee at home and avoid sugar, cream, or syrups. A simple black coffee has only 2 calories.

6. You don’t hydrate enough.
Lack of water slows down the elimination of toxins and the burning of fat. Start your day with a glass of warm water with lemon, and after breakfast, drink 3-4 glasses of water throughout the day.
