3. Shaping the bread:
– After 1 hour, divide the dough into 3 equal pieces.
– Form each piece of dough into balls.
– Lightly press the balls down with your hand.

4. Final leavening and cooking:
– Cover the dough balls and let them rise for another 20 minutes.
– Spray the risen balls with a little water and sprinkle them with a little flour.
– Make small cuts in the surface of the balls with a knife.
– Preheat the oven to 180°C (356°F) and bake the bread for 25-30 minutes, until golden brown.

5. Cooling and Serving:
– Allow the bread to cool completely before slicing.
– The bread will be crispy on the outside and soft on the inside.
