Humpty Dumpty Dip
Humpty Dumpty Dip: A Deviled Egg Lover’s Dream Love deviled eggs but hate the prep? This dip transforms the classic into a creamy, tangy, scoopable appetizer—perfect for parties, potlucks, or snacking.
Ingredients: 12 hard-boiled eggs, peeled, 8 oz cream cheese, softened, ½ cup mayonnaise, 2 tbsp yellow mustard (or Dijon for a twist), 1½ tbsp white vinegar, 1 tsp paprika (plus more for garnish), 1 tsp salt, Pinch black pepper, Pinch cayenne (optional), 2 tsp chopped chives (divided), Pickles (optional, for garnish), Crackers or veggie sticks (for serving)
Instructions: Prep Eggs Blend 6 whole eggs and yolks from the other 6 in a food processor. Chop remaining whites and set aside. Blend the Base Add cream cheese, mayo, mustard, vinegar, paprika, salt, pepper, cayenne, and 1 tsp chives. Blend until smooth.
