HOW DO YOU WHITE YOUR TEETH AS NATURALLY AND FAST AS POSSIBLE?
1. DUST YOUR TOOTHBRUSH WITH BAKING SODA.
Baking soda is a natural descaler known for its abrasive properties. Once a week, replace your toothpaste with a little baking soda and brush your teeth as usual. Caution: Brushing too often can damage tooth enamel.
2. Take a sea salt bath.
Sea salt is rich in iodine, has antibacterial properties, and is an important ally for white teeth. Once or twice a week, mix a pinch of coarse salt with lukewarm water and dip your toothbrush in it before brushing.

. While these toothpastes are less effective on their own, they can be very helpful when combined with good dental hygiene.
