HOMEMADE ORANGE CAKE

Preparation:

Preheat the oven to 180°C. Grease and flour a mold to prevent the cake from sticking.
In a bowl, beat the eggs with the sugar until the mixture is fluffy and white. Add the oil, orange juice and zest and mix well.
Sift the flour together with the baking powder and a pinch of salt. Add little by little to the liquid mixture, stirring with enveloping movements until a homogeneous mass remains.
Transfer the mixture to the prepared mold, leveling the surface with a spatula.
Bake for 35-40 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean. Leave to cool, unmold and enjoy.
