Homemade bread, almost 2 kg for less than 3.50 PLN – crispy crust and soft center

Cooking:

  • Bake in a preheated oven to 250°C for 15 minutes.
  • Reduce the temperature to 200°C and bake for another 40 minutes.
  • Then remove the lid or foil (if using a covered dish) and continue baking until the bread is well browned – this is necessary to form the characteristic “crust”.
  • After removing from the oven, spray the bread with water to get a crispy crust.

The result?
Crunchy on the outside, soft on the inside, aromatic homemade bread for under 3.50 PLN! Perfect for sandwiches, soups, or simply with butter.
