Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (gas mark 6).
2. In a large bowl, mix the flour and baking powder.
3. Add the eggs, olive oil, and milk. Mix well until you get a smooth dough.
4. Stir in the diced ham and grated Gruyère cheese. Season with salt and pepper.
5. Pour the mixture into a greased and floured loaf tin.
6. Bake for 45 minutes, until the cake is golden brown and cooked through.
7. Let cool before removing from the tin and serving.
