Fried rice with beef

1. Cut the beef into thin strips and season it. Heat the sesame oil in a large skillet or wok and sauté the meat over high heat until golden brown. Remove the stove and set it aside.
2. In the same pan, sauté the onion and garlic until lightly browned and fragrant.
3. Then add the red bell pepper, carrot and peas, then sauté for a few minutes to keep the vegetables crispy.
4. Move the vegetables to one side of the pan and break the eggs in the middle. Mix until you get scrambled eggs.
5. Add the cooked rice, then the soy sauce and a drizzle of sesame oil. Stir thoroughly to allow the rice to absorb the flavors.
6. Return the meat to the pan with the rice to heat and stir one last time to mix all the ingredients well.
7. Serve hot, garnished with chives or spring onions for an extra touch of freshness.
