Fried Potatoes, Onions, and Smoked Polish Sausage

1. Prepare the Ingredients:
β€’ Cut the Cajun smoked sausage and smoked turkey sausage into bite-sized pieces.
β€’ Halve the baby red potatoes.
β€’ Cut the onions into chunks.

2. Season the Potatoes:
β€’ In a large bowl, toss the halved potatoes with olive oil, Cajun spice, salt, paprika, and black pepper until well-coated.

3. Cook the Sausage:
β€’ Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat and add a small amount of olive oil.
β€’ Add the sausage pieces and cook until browned on all sides. Remove from the skillet and set aside.

4. Cook the Potatoes and Onions:

β€’ Add the seasoned potatoes and onions to the skillet.
