They are identical in terms of both taste and nutritional value. The color of the shell actually depends on the breed of the hen. However, brown eggs have a less fragile shell and a darker yolk.
How to store them?
Eggs can be eaten up to four weeks after being laid. To avoid any unpleasant surprises, store them in a cool place away from light… Be careful! The shells very easily take on the smell of food, so be careful not to store them next to cheese or garlic! And to keep them as long as possible, the eggs must be clean. If your eggs come straight from the farm, clean them gently with a slightly damp cloth. If you have clarified eggs (i.e. separated the yolks from the whites), know that the whites can be kept for 3 days in a cool place in an airtight container. This is not the case for the yolks, so we tell you what to do with the egg yolks.
