Crispy Chickpea Chips: A Light and Delicious Snack

  • CHICKPEA FLOUR : 150 g
  • WATER : 225 ml
  • EXTRA VIRGIN OLIVE OIL : 15 ml
  • SALT : 1 pinch
  • ROSEMARY : to taste

    How to make chickpea chips

    1. Place the chickpea flour, water, extra virgin olive oil, and a pinch of salt in a bowl.
    2. Mix until the mixture is smooth.
       

      • Spread the mixture with a spoon on a baking tray lined with baking paper, creating a thin, but not too thin, layer.
      • Sprinkle the surface with rosemary and bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for about 10-15 minutes.
      • Let them cool and enjoy them crunchy and tasty.
