Creamy Cake with 3 Yogurts and 2 Eggs A soft and deliciously creamy cake

Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F). Butter and flour a cake tin.
In a large bowl, mix the yoghurts with the sugar until smooth.
Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
Stir in the melted butter and vanilla extract, then mix until combined.
Sift together the flour, baking powder and salt, then gradually add to the yoghurt mixture, stirring gently to avoid lumps.
Pour the batter into the prepared tin and smooth the surface.
Bake for 35–40 minutes, until the cake is golden and a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
Leave to cool on a wire rack before removing from the tin and serving.
