Preparation:
So, for the cups it’s best to use coffee cups, for mugs (coffee pots) the dough will just be a little thicker – you can do it however you like.
First, simply mix the ingredients for the dough using a hand mixer.
Then place the dough onto a greased baking sheet and bake in a preheated oven at 175°C for about 20 minutes.
Now let the dough cool down a little (but it should still be slightly warm).
While the dough cools, cook the pudding as usual (with 500 ml milk and 1 tbsp sugar).
Then spread the pudding onto the dough. Put the shredded coconut, butter, and sugar in a saucepan and melt the sugar and butter over low heat, stirring constantly.
Then spread the mixture onto the not quite cooled pudding and add a streusel topping if desired (bake a little longer in the oven).
