1-First take the chocolate cookies and chop them with the help of an electric blender.
2-Pour them into a bowl and add the butter and milk a little at a time.
3-Knead until a firm, moldable and non-sticky dough is formed.
4-Roll out our dough until it forms a rectangle.
5-Prepare the filling: in a bowl combine the cream cheese, sugar, coconut and mix everything well.
6-Spread a little hazelnut cream on the chocolate base, we can put as much as you like. Add the filling and spread it well.
7-Roll up the roll and close it in parchment paper. Let it rest 2-3 hours in the refrigerator or an hour in the freezer. After the resting time, decorate it with the hazelnut cream to taste.
8-Our roll is ready to be filled, we can also prepare it in advance and store it in the freezer.
