Instructions:

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a 9-inch (23cm) round cake pan, or line it with parchment paper.

Add the eggs, sugar, milk, melted butter, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt to your blender.

Blend everything on medium speed until smooth and combined.

Add the flour and baking powder to the blender. Blend again until everything is well mixed and there are no lumps.

Pour the batter into your prepared cake pan.

Bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
