Directions:
- Melt the dark chocolate with the cream and seed oil.
- Then add the egg yolks and sift the flour and cocoa.
- Mix the milk and beaten egg whites.
- Pour the mixture into the mold and bake at 170° for 35 minutes.
- Buttercream: mix the egg whites with the sugar and salt. Then add the butter, cocoa and melted dark chocolate.
- Also prepare the ganache by melting the chocolate with the cream.
- Assemble and enjoy this wonderful cake.
