Chocolate sponge cake and buttercream: you have to try it

Directions:

  1. Melt the dark chocolate with the cream and seed oil.
  2. Then add the egg yolks and sift the flour and cocoa.
  3. Mix the milk and beaten egg whites.
  4. Pour the mixture into the mold and bake at 170° for 35 minutes.
  5. Buttercream: mix the egg whites with the sugar and salt. Then add the butter, cocoa and melted dark chocolate.
  6. Also prepare the ganache by melting the chocolate with the cream.
  7. Assemble and enjoy this wonderful cake.
