Cherry pie with sour cream

Preparation:

  1. Mix the ingredients for the base and spread the batter on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  2. Bake at 180 °C with top and bottom heat for 15 minutes.
  3. With 625 ml of milk (warning: do not use the amount of milk indicated on the package label).
  4. and the 2 sachets of custard powder according to the instructions on the package (with sugar, see package) to obtain a custard.
  5. When custard powder is added to milk, stir a lot, it will thicken immediately. Let it cool a little, but not too long, otherwise lumps will form in the mixture. Mix the sour cream and egg yolk and spread over the base. Spread the sour cherries (save the juice!) over the mixture and bake again at 180 °C with top and bottom heat for 15 minutes.
