PREPARATION:
Cut the salmon into small pieces and mix with the parsley, lemon juice, olive oil, salt, pepper, and almonds.
Cut the puff pastry into squares and transfer them to the greased muffin pan.
Beat the egg and milk together and use it to coat the puff pastry squares. Bake at 200°C (400°F) for 20 minutes.
Fill the puff pastry bowls with the seasoned salmon and serve.
