Line the mold with cling film, so that it also extends on the sides, to facilitate extraction.
Melt the grated chocolate with the butter over very low heat.
Add the sweetened condensed milk and mix the mixture well
Place a first layer of biscuits on the bottom of the mould and, with a brush, lightly moisten them with coffee.
Alternate layers of biscuits lightly soaked in coffee and chocolate. Complete with a layer of biscuits. Leave to cool for at least 2 hours in the refrigerator.
Tips:
If necessary, after unmolding the cake, do not hesitate to correct the presentation by adding a few more cookies.
