About 15 minutes before a stroke

A person may lose vision in one or both eyes or see double. They may feel dizzy, unsteady, or struggle to walk properly. It could indicate a problem with brain circulation.
What to do?
If the person suddenly can’t see or loses balance, it is a medical emergency. Keep them seated safely while waiting for help.
⏳ FAST Method: How to Identify a Stroke Quickly
The FAST acronym can help detect a stroke early:
F – Face drooping (Does one side droop when smiling?)
A – Arm weakness (Can they lift both arms?)
S – Speech difficulty (Is speech slurred or hard to understand?)
T – Time to call emergency (Seek help immediately!)

Act Within the First 3-4 Hours!
If you recognize any of these signs, immediate medical intervention is critical. The first 3-4 hours after a stroke are called the golden window for treatment—delaying can cause permanent brain damage.

If you or someone around you experiences these symptoms, call emergency services immediately!
