Ingredients:

3 cups sliced pineapple (fresh or canned, drained)

1 1/2 cups sugar

1 1/2 cups 00 flour

1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder

Half a teaspoon of salt

Half a teaspoon of cinnamon (optional, for a spicy touch)

2 eggs

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

3/4 cup of milk (preferably at room temperature)
