Ingredients:

For the sponge cake:

  • 3 eggs
  • 100 g of sugar
  • 100 g of 00 flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 50 g of melted butter
  • A pinch of salt

For the cream:

  • 250 ml of fresh cream
  • 250 g of mascarpone
  • 80 g of powdered sugar
  • Zest of 1 lemon (optional)

For the decoration:

  • Fresh fruit to taste (strawberries, kiwis, blueberries, peaches, etc.)
  • Gelatin for cakes (optional, for polishing)
