Sterilize the bottle with boiling water or 90% alcohol.
Gently crush the cloves in a mortar to release their aroma.
Pour them into a clean, dry bottle.
Add the vegetable oil, making sure the cloves are completely covered (leaving about 1 cm of air at the top).
Puncture the vitamin E capsules and pour the contents into the mixture.
Close the bottle and shake gently.
Let it steep for 2 to 4 weeks in a cool, dry, and dark place. Shake gently every two to three days.
Strain through cheesecloth or a very fine strainer, then pour the oil into a new, amber glass bottle.
