Palmistry is a fortune-telling technique practiced in China and India for over 5,000 years and passed down from generation to generation. It allows one to predict the future based on the lines on the hand. One of these brings good luck. Find out which one!
There are three main lines on the hand, the longest and most visible from a distance. First, the heart line at the top of the palm, then the head line in the middle, and finally the life line at the bottom. These lines develop over the course of a lifetime, depending on personality, attitudes, and experiences. But what do these famous lines really mean?
The meaning of the main lines of the hand:
The life line:
As the name suggests, it represents life and its most important events.
It begins between the index finger and thumb and encloses them. If it’s long and distinct, your life is relatively stable (be careful, its length isn’t systematically linked to your lifespan). If it’s broken, it indicates a risk, a major event that could potentially turn your existence upside down. To predict the date of this risk, you need to convert centimeters into years. The middle of your line thus corresponds to the middle of your life.
The heart line:
The life line is perhaps the most well-known line on the hand, but many people ask the palm reader about their heart line.
Is it long, straight, and well-defined? Then you’re in for a beautiful and long love story (or you’re already experiencing one).
Is it rather short? Then it might be interesting to ask yourself whether you don’t have the unfortunate tendency to be a little cold and think only of yourself.
If it’s interrupted, it heralds a romantic breakup, unless it’s a heart problem.
