Raspberry sorbet is a fresh and easy dessert to prepare, perfect for a snack or to end a meal: prepared with 3 ingredients, it is ready in a flash. An alternative to classic ice cream, but faster because it does not contain milk or cream, it is made only with frozen raspberries, lime juice and maple syrup.
To prepare it, just blend all the ingredients in a blender and your raspberry sorbet is ready: our Melissa served it simply with a slice of lime and a few mint leaves, but you can serve it however you prefer.
