“For the past few years, I’ve been feeling very sick and much older than my age,” he explains. “But now I feel much younger. I’m doing a lot of things I never would have imagined doing before. I feel very good, and when I think about how sick and how bad I felt, I never want to go back.” (2)
Harding-Jones wore size 5XL shirts and liked to eat two McDonald’s breakfasts a day. He had a 142-centimeter waist, and his family was very concerned about him eating all that junk food and about his general health. Despite all this, he continued to eat kebabs before bed and ate chocolate all day. He suffered from complications related to diabetes and kidney problems.
“I knew I was on a slippery slope. My body was giving me a warning,” he adds. “I felt bad all the time. I felt doomed.” (2)
Fortunately, that changed when he watched “Fat, Sick and Nearly Dead.” He then became aware of how junk food affects health and decided to lead a healthier lifestyle. He stopped eating unhealthy foods and began enjoying fresh fruit and vegetable juices.

And now?
He has lost 70 kilos and regularly participates in various sporting events. He is a member of sports and cycling clubs and has also completed a team obstacle race of approximately 13 km. He also participates in a 160 km race in Wales and several half marathons.
Adam Harding-Jones drinks healthy homemade juices for breakfast and lunch. At dinnertime, Adams eats fish and vegetables instead of the fried sausages he used to.
