Some signs are more concrete and visible, but are often blamed on a simple temporary imbalance.
- Bleeding or blood in the stool: a warning sign of colon cancer.
- Neck, armpit, or groin swelling: Lymph nodes may reveal a dysfunction of the lymphatic system.
- Abnormal bruising or bleeding: sometimes due to a decrease in platelets in some blood cancers.
- Persistent blooms: Especially in women, this can indicate ovarian cancer.
- Unexplained weight loss: often associated with digestive or liver cancer.
Don’t ignore pain

Pain is a powerful body language. But when it persists without any apparent cause, it deserves special attention.
- Back pain or pain in the right flank: possibly a sign of liver cancer or metastasis of breast cancer.
- Pelvic pain : a common sign of ovarian cancer or spleen enlargement in some leukemias.
- Recurrent stomach pain: Persistent abdominal pain can mask colon cancer.
- Chronic cough or chest pain : If they last more than three weeks, they can evoke lung cancer.

Signals in women

Some events affect women and are often trivialized.
- Abnormal periods or bleeding between cycles: These may be signs of endometrial cancer.
- Changes in the breasts: Redness, pain, swelling, or changes in the nipple may be signs of inflammatory breast cancer.
A healthy lifestyle is also important:

- Eating in a balanced way
- Regular physical activity
